Marie-Nadine Lamontagne has more than 15 years of experience in every facet of Customer Service Management in non-profit, private and social sectors. Marie-Nadine embraced new challenges when moving to Europe, she spent 2 years in Switzerland exploring cultural differences of a team working on a big scientific project (ATLAS-CERN). Her master thesis was rewarded with a mention of Excellency for its innovation and contribution to the field of project management. In 2009, she moved with her husband in the Bay area where she has become an apprentice couturier and organic gardener. In 2012, she returned home to Québec, Canada. Since moving to Montréal, she joined the the ARUC team in January 2013 as the project coordinator.
